40 minutes per week
Weekly pool service, 48 weeks a year
Chemicals & Baskets or Full Service, plus one-time clean-ups, for pools in Prosper, Celina and Frisco.
What a 40-minute visit covers
Weekly service comes in two forms. Chemicals & Baskets tests the water for chlorine, pH, alkalinity, cyanuric acid and salt if applicable, then treats it with the chemicals it needs for sanitation and pH control. Debris baskets are emptied along with the sweep bags.
The equipment is activated and checked for proper operation and for leaks, and the timers are checked for accuracy. All basic chemicals are included in that visit.
Full Service includes everything in Chemicals & Baskets and adds removing debris from the top and bottom of the pool, brushing as needed, and vacuuming or using the leaf master as needed. The service limit is 40 minutes per week, on a route that covers Prosper, Celina and Frisco.

What the visit is not
The water level has to be at least half-way up the tile line for a visit to go ahead. Weekly service does not service automatic pool covers or their components, and it does not remove calcium or lime scale from any surface of the pool, the tile or the stone. Scale on the tile line is its own job, and Glenn handles it as the separate pool tile cleaning service.
Algaecides, phosphate removers, shock, calcium hardness, stabilizers and salt are invoiced separately if your water needs them. Everything else in the basic chemical list is part of the visit.
If you are not sure whether your pool fits, call Destrie on 214.305.4136. She is the main point of contact at Davis Pool Service and keeps an open line of communication with every client.
The rest of the year around the route
Filter Maintenance is an additional service: regular filter cleanings that Davis Pool Service can pre-schedule, so the job is off your hands. Solar Maintenance covers summer start ups, winterization and draining, and leak repair. Some 2-story solar systems cannot be serviced, so the Davises look at your specific situation to decide whether the job can be done.
The route runs on a 48-week schedule. Davis Pool Service is closed for business the week of Thanksgiving and the week of Christmas, and the other weeks are visits. One-time clean-ups are offered alongside the weekly route.
Invoices are billed on the 15th of each month for that month and are due on the 30th. Either party can end the service at will with no advance notice, and the invoice is prorated for the service received that month.
Davis Pool Service operates on a 48-week schedule and is closed only the week of Thanksgiving and the week of Christmas. TDLR #512888, 214.305.4136.
