Weekly care, the equipment pad and the tile line

Weekly service keeps the water right. The rest keeps the pool itself working: pumps, heaters and automation on the pad, and the scale line no weekly visit removes.

Scale on the tile line, gone in an afternoon

Calcium scale can etch tile so it looks dull and faded before its time. Regular cleaning prolongs the life of the tile and can save thousands in repairs and replacement.

4-6hours, typically

  1. Lower

Enough water comes out of the pool to expose the whole tile line.

  2. Clean

Glenn cleans the tile with an environmentally friendly soft abrasive mineral. No toxic or harsh chemicals, safe for every type of pool tile.

  3. Seal

A protective tile sealant goes on, then the pool starts refilling.

  4. Vacuum

Media debris is vacuumed into a separate collection tank, so it never ends up in your filter.

  5. Clear

The water stays cloudy for a while and needs extra filtration. Keep an eye on run times until it clears.

Pool tile cleaning

Larger pools or heavy buildup take longer. Some fountains, infinity walls and water features too.
